- Provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Encourage and facilitate community involvement and social activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress notes.
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement individual support plans.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with disabilities.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Flexible availability for full-time and part-time shifts.
